REFUND POLICY
Due to the amount of time and effort it takes to schedule and organize a tournament, CTAB Hoops has adopted the following withdrawal policy:
If a team withdraws from a tournament after the registration deadline, they will forfeit 100% of the entry fee.
We strive to produce a full and safe sports event but, sometimes weather conditions can affect those plans. In many instances, weather conditions in one part of the state many not be affecting the event site locations. Our goal is to proceed with the event as long as roads are safe. In the event of cancellations or teams aren’t able to participate due to weather CTAB Hoops will provide your team with a credit to another CTAB Hoops sports event.
A team that withdraws from a tournament prior to the registration deadline will receive a refund minus 75.00 plus the processing fee. To request a refund, please send an email to teamtowe@ctabhoops.org
