What is CTAB?
CTAB stands for Cross-Training Athletes into Believers. We are a youth development organization committed to helping athletes grow both on and off the court through basketball training, performance development, mentorship, life skills education, and character development.

Membership & Payments
Are payments refundable?
No. All memberships, training packages, camps, rentals, and services are non-refundable.
How does the membership system work?
CTAB operates on a recurring monthly membership model. Memberships automatically renew each billing cycle until canceled in writing.
Can I pause or cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership changes must be submitted in writing at least two (2) weeks prior to the next billing cycle.

Membership rates may change after cancellation.

Promotional or Founding Member rates are forfeited if membership is canceled or paused.
What happens if I miss a session?
We understand that schedules can change.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be forfeited.

Athletes may double up on sessions within the same billing cycle based on availability.
Do training packages expire?
Yes.
To maximize athlete development and maintain scheduling consistency, training packages should be used within 30 days of purchase.
If a pause is approved due to travel, injury, or other circumstances, unused sessions will remain valid for up to six (6) months from the original purchase date.
After the expiration date, any remaining sessions will be forfeited.
What if I experience a hardship?
If a hardship arises, please contact CTAB directly to discuss possible options.
Scheduling & Attendance
What is the cancellation policy?
Participants must provide at least 24 hours' notice if they are unable to attend a session.
Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may still be charged.
What happens if I miss a session without notifying CTAB?
Missed sessions without notification will not be made up or credited.
What if I arrive late?
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, additional time will not be added to the session.

Can I rent the CTAB Sports & Development Center?
Yes. We offer rentals for:

Rental requests must be approved in advance and are subject to availability.
Is payment required to secure a rental?
Yes. Rental reservations are not confirmed until payment has been received.
Is insurance required for rentals?
Certain rentals, including teams, trainers, camps, clinics, and organizations, may be required to provide proof of liability insurance.
Safety & Liability
Is participation at my own risk?
Yes. Basketball training, fitness activities, and related programs involve inherent risks, including possible injury. Participation is voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
Does CTAB provide medical coverage?
No. Participants are responsible for their own medical expenses related to injuries or emergencies.
In the event of an emergency, CTAB staff may seek medical treatment on behalf of a participant if necessary.
Do participants need medical clearance?
CTAB strongly encourages all participants to consult with a physician before participating in strenuous physical activities.

CTAB reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior disrupts the training environment or compromises the safety of others.
Do participants have to follow facility rules?
Yes. All participants, guests, and renters must comply with CTAB policies, safety procedures, and facility regulations.
Media & Photography
Can CTAB use photos or videos of participants?
Yes. By participating in CTAB programs, you grant CTAB permission to use photographs, videos, and other media for marketing and promotional purposes unless written notice is provided requesting to opt out.
Legal Acknowledgment
What does completing registration mean?
By completing registration, you acknowledge and agree that:

You have read and understood CTAB policies and procedures.

You voluntarily agree to all participation terms and waivers.

You accept responsibility for the risks associated with participation.

You are either 18 years of age or older, or the parent/legal guardian of the participant.
Does the waiver remain active for future participation?
Yes. Unless otherwise revoked by CTAB in writing, the waiver and acknowledgment remain in effect for all future participation in CTAB programs, services, events, and activities.
