LIFE SKILLS PROGRAM
WE are committed to see you succeed.
Life is bigger than just SPORTS
OFF THE COURT.
CTAB has a strong desire, to not only grow athletes on the court, but to also create successful students and citizens off the court. CTAB will help support parents and youth in areas of life that isn't always a focus in the basketball arena. From social media to public behavior; grades to scholarships; building your brand to supporting your community; and cultivating spirituality and respect... CTAB will host classroom setting forums to discuss, encourage, and develop our youth mentally, physically, and spiritually.
This class is available for free to youth in CTAB training or those subscribed to the CTAB webpage membership.
CTAB will also host a parent workshop that will discuss how to help children succeed in sports and in life. More information to come on this topic.

April 27, 2025 | Maia Paglinawan Carney
Found of "The Worx," Maia has a simple message:
I’m your biggest fan! I know what it’s like to want to improve your health, but you have no idea where to start! I wandered around from different diets and different workouts. And I saw no results! I needed someone to guide me, and a team to set me up to WIN!
So here’s what I did: I became a personal trainer and educated myself on the right ways to get strong and healthy. I started one WorXout at a time with a group of friends, and began getting my life back.
